An exhibition entitled 'Prints 84' opens at Pakuranga's Fisher Gallery on the 16th of September. A selection of works from some of New Zealand's most renowned artist Printmakers provides a rare opportunity to compare printmaking methods and imagery. Most of the modern printmaking processes are represented in the exhibition. They include: Bamboo Engraving, Woodblock, Etching, Aquatint, Mezzotint and Screenprint. Collectors and viewers will find images to suit all tastes in over 50 individual prints by these well-known artists; Barry Cleavin, Denise Copland, Gordon Crook, John Drawbridge, Victoria Edwards, Tom Field, Rodney Fumpston, Patrick Hanly, Stanley Palmer, Denys Watkins, Marilynn Webb and Carole Shepheard.
