Prior to the opening of her exhibition Hail, Seoul-based artist and choreographer Lee Yanghee presents Ways of Viewing, a participative workshop at Te Tuhi.

In this workshop, Lee will share questions from her practice around the centre of the body, the centre of the world, and the centre of our community. Drawing on traditional Korean dance and club dance, this shared exploration will lead to a collective performance in the space.

This is a free workshop but places are limited. To request a place, we kindly ask you to register here

Participants are asked to dress comfortably (no large jewelry, jeans, shoes, or anything that restricts movement).

Following the workshop, we recommend those attending also stay to view Hail and the other upcoming exhibitions from 4pm.

Te Tuhi remains open throughout the Eastern Busway construction period. 21 William Roberts Road, Pakuranga, is the best address to enter into navigation apps to guide you to the free parking at our door.
