Marge Barley:
A Life's Perspective

A posthumous exhibition of the art works of Marge Barley (1929-2001) features at the Centre Gallery at Pakuranga’s te tuhi - the mark.

Organised and selected by the artist’s family, the exhibition is a retrospective sample of her work, including watercolours, oils, acrylics, writing and ceramic sculptures.

Barley was interested in exploring human relationships in her work, often taking on political or controversial subjects.

All exhibitions are currently offsite due to disruptions caused by the Pakuranga Eastern Busway construction. The building remains open for classes and other activities. 21 William Roberts Road, Pakuranga, is the best address to enter into navigation apps to guide you to the free parking at our door.
