Papatūnga partnered with Kauae Raro Research Collective for the ONE X ORO Wānanga, held at Te Whare o Toroa Marae in Whakatane in December 2023. The four-day wānanga brought together artists practitioners who were either One, earth and pigment traditions, or Oro, sound practitioners.
Over 30 artists attended the four-day wānanga. Attendees presented self-lead workshops and had an opportunity to meet fellow practioners from across Aotearoa.
