Te Tuhi is a public art gallery and a building for the local community. The art gallery is free to visit, and everyone is welcome. Te Tuhi runs classes for adults, children and school groups. People and organisations hire rooms at Te Tuhi to run activities. There are two artist studios which artists use to make their work, these are not open to the public. Fei's Blossom Café and Floral Shop operates in the foyer.
