Casual hire
These rates apply to all one-off, infrequent or irregular hires.
- Auditorium – $100 per hour
- Social room – $70 per hour
- Studio 4 & 5 combined – $65 per hour
- Studio 6 – $55 per hour
- Studio 4 or 5 – $45 per hour
- Meeting room – $45 per hour
- Art studio 1 or 2 – $45 per hour
Regular hire
To qualify for these rates you must use the facility at least once a week.
- Auditorium – $80 per hour
- Social room – $55 per hour
- Studio 4 & 5 combined – $50 per hour
- Studio 6 – $45 per hour
- Studio 4 or 5 – $35 per hour
- Meeting room – $35 per hour
- Art studio 1 or 2 – $35 per hour
Subsidised hire
These rates are available upon discussion to groups who align with Te Tuhi’s kaupapa. Enquire with us to learn more.
- Auditorium – $50 per hour
- Social room – $35 per hour
- Studio 4 & 5 combined – $35 per hour
- Studio 6 – $30 per hour
- Studio 4 or 5 – $30 per hour
- Meeting room – $30 per hour
- Art studio 1 or 2 – $30 per hour
After hours
These rates apply to all hires outside of our standard business hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday – Sunday.
Standard hire
- Auditorium – $100 - $130 per hour
- Social room – $70 - $130 per hour
- Studio 4 & 5 combined – $65 - $100 per hour
- Studio 6 – $55 - $100 per hour
- Studio 4 or 5 – $45 - $65 per hour
- Meeting room – $45 - $65 per hour
- Art studio 1 or 2 – $45 - $65 per hour
Subsidised hire
These rates are available upon discussion to groups who align with Te Tuhi’s kaupapa. Not available on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evenings.
- Auditorium – $60 per hour
- Social room – $45 per hour
- Studio 4 & 5 combined – $40 per hour
- Studio 6 – $35 per hour
- Studio 4 or 5 – $30 per hour
- Meeting room – $30 per hour
- Art studio 1 or 2 – $30 per hour
Individual room hire
Individuals are welcome to hire a room, subject to availability. Rooms are often hired by individuals practising dance or music. All rooms are charged at $15 per hour.
Bond & payment
A $800 bond will be charged for one-off events. Your bond will be refunded after the event, provided the room is left in approved condition and hire time not exceeded. Hire charges and any bond requirements are payable in full one month in advance.
Additional items
- Sound system $20.00 per hire
- Piano in social room or auditorium $15.00 per hire
- Data projector $20.00 per hire
- Rubbish bags $5.00 per bag
Conditions
All charges are per hour or part of an hour. Setting up, packing down and cleaning time must be included in your hire period.
Hiring the facility on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening (after 5pm) will be subject to the standard casual hire charges regardless of group or hire type.
